  Bobby at Sleep USA Mattress sold us a expensive mattress (about a 700 set) and within a week a "hole" developed in the center of mattress. I am a reasonable person and we tried to work something out with Bobby at Sleep USA mattress in Sylva, NC but he would not give us the time of day. A product like a mattress at 700.00 should not wear in one week (we had the bed on the appropriate frame). His resolution to the problem was to tell us that NC law says no-returns after 24 hours due to the health hazard. He was basically trying to take the blame off himself and Sleep USA Mattress and pass it on to the state. We strongly encourage WCU students and members of the small Sylva community to stay away from this business. Come on, in a small community word travels, and you should act in a reasonable, honest, and sincere way.
