  My husband and I live outside Charlotte, NC and have a cabin in the Sylva area that has a heat pump leak. Not being in the area full time it was a bit difficult to arrange service for when we could be in town to have the leak test done. We were finally able to schedule a date, so I took the day off work to be there. No one showed up, no one bothered to call to let us know they would not be coming out. Earlier in the week they asked to move the appointment from 8am to 6pm (which I guess was a bad sign in the first place), and since it was after regular business hours we were not able to get hold of anyone to find out what was going on. I am angry and frustrated at losing a day of work to have nothing accomplished, topped off by the complete lack of professionalism by not even being contacted.
